Lovely home, horrible service. Biltmore Homes would not follow up on our punch list once we settled. Promised many things, delivered very little. We have a gas fireplace that never worked, cracked concrete in two sidewalks, windows leaking when it rains, a roof that needs repairing, and various other repairs. They never completed the 30-day list and refuse to make the repairs at 1-year. We would never recommend doing business with Biltmore Homes.
