The first time I had a foil done at Salon Expert, the color was exactly as I requested. Since I was happy with the outcome, I returned for a foil and a haircut two weeks before a family wedding. I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted and the shade I wanted for the coloring. Instead of a golden blonde, my hair is a drab dull blond/brown color. The haircut is the worst cut I ever had and nothing like the picture I showed. I had to go home and trim it myself because it was so uneven. Whatever hair color product they use has made my hair extremely dry. Needless to say, I looked terrible for the wedding and will never go back there again! I cannot wait for it to grow out so that I can have it done right somewhere else!
