I met with Chris Lawrence a hearing specialist. He is very patient, this was my second hearing test. He truly believes in Customer Service. I was greeted at the door, given coffee and a snack and waited only 5 minutes before being seen. He explained the hearing test results and gave me several options with price points to suit my needs. This will be my first hearing aid and he even said he would help with the pricing on batteries. I would strongly recommend. They have audiologist on staff as well.

Every question I had was answered thoughtfully - a real breath of fresh air.

Dr. Best really understands the real problems when you can't hear everything and gave me the first real advice for which hearing aid works best in which situation - my work has a lot of background noise.

B4 I saw her I had blown $$ on "direct buy" aids that seemed like a good deal - but it all depends on the kind of hearing loss.

I highly suggest seeing her before wasting money on the wrong aid.
