I plan events as part of my job and my biggest event of the year is catered by Sue Sa's. Sue is wonderful to work with - always pleasant, professional and kind. She understands budgting and will get creative to make it work. She will help out to make your event a success. The food is FANTASTIC! She doesn't get grumpy when you change counts at the last minute - she understands that people wait to the last minute to RSVP and expect you to accomodate them! I work with a lot of caterers and Sue is TOPS! I would recommend her to anyone!
