Habatat Galleries, established in 1971, has through the years built a solid reputation for quality with private collectors, artists, museums, art consultants, and architects. The galleries' focus is on assisting clients with building major art collections and executing site-specific installations. Habatat also works with many people who might not consider themselves avid collectors, but who are looking for a few special pieces for their home or office. The Virginia gallery is the newest of the Habatat locations. Situated in Tyson¿s Corner, the gallery was opened in early 2007. It is owned and operated by 2nd generation family members Lindsey and Jay Scott. The galleries' focus is on contemporary art, national and international, in a variety of materials. Exhibitions are held year-round.
