I would say keep it pushing as they are rude and they do not understand what the customer wants. They are argumentative, when they answer the phone they do not have phone skills as they need to go and learn some. The Victor Valley Beauty School is much better as their customer service is wonderful, they are not argumentative they listen to you and advise you in the way a customer should be advised. I give this company a F-
