General Info

Desert Knolls offers extensive skilled nursing care and custodial nursing care as well as an array of therapies as ordered by your physician. We are happy to provide short term care for those residents coming out of the hospital looking for a little more rehab (therapy, IV's, Wound Care, etc.) than the hospitals offer to get you back home, and have 38 beds assigned for those types of patients. We also offer Long Term Care Custodial to those residents who need 24 hour care and home is not an option any longer, we will become their new home and provide this level of care as well. Our facility was built and operated by the same family today, keeping it personal and not chain affiliated.
