I don't like the way business is done in this store. In 15 years I have never paid for my diabetic shoes up front. My insurance covers my shoes and I have it in writing from the company. They gave me a hard time about getting shoes and not paying anything up front. I will not send anyone to this store.A lot of times when people want money up front they are not a good store or have a poor product.

My Keens started coming apart at the seams after only 14 months. The manager, Heather, at the 164th Vancouver store told me their shoes were not priced for quality, they were priced for fit and comfort, AND she told me because I had worn the shoes (what????) she could do nothing but send them out and I would have to pay the $5.oo to have them sewn. AWFUL runaround---$5.00???? Is she insane? They make that off their shoe laces. I will never buy there again because of the rediculous manager.
