We are a Vinyasa style yoga studio with each class emphasizing the union of body and mind through breath and movement. Vinyasa is set apart from the rest by the diversity within its sequencing. Each class is different, as each of our Yoga Alliance Certified instructors were schooled on how to choreograph each posture to flow into the next with fluid grace. This faster-paced, dynamic style of yoga improves your flexibility, strength, balance and endurance while simultaneously allowing you to embark on the journey within. We help you find and tap into where your inner peace dwells.

Mats available to borrow or rent, as are blocks and extra padding for the knees. Water coolers on site as are the keys to unlock the doors to your inner peace.
