Jeff is a complete idiot. I have used Jeff a number of times to place sign posts in the past year. recently I asked for a removal and he removed one that was just put up 2 weeks prior. He then said it was my fault. He then refused to reinstall, so I went and installed it myself using the post that was to be removed. A few days later he returned to remove not only that one, but another I had still listed and paid for.
