I appreciated their shuttle service and pleasant and professional staff. However, I was disappointed to learn that they participate in the "oil change every 3,000 miles" scam - http://www.edmunds.com/car-care/stop-changing-your-oil.html . Indeed, I have their sticker on the inside of my windshield indicating an oil change is due after 3,000 miles. Also, I paid almost $700 for "necessary" repairs and they gave me an estimate for "suggested but not critical" tests/flushes/repairs, etc. to the tune of almost $1,600.00. My car is only worth $5,000 (another thing they assumed I was stupid about). People, don't fall for the "oil change every 3,000 miles" scam. Not only does it line the pockets of places like Ron's Automotive and Jiffy Lube (owned by Shell Oil), there are also environmental issues involved with the disposal of all that oil from unnecessary oil changes. I won't go back to Ron's because if they scam me on one thing, they're going to scam me on another.

Chynna, I am very sorry for your frustration. Your vehicle was towed into our facility not running. Before the vehicle came to us it had been driven with a leaking intake manifold until it overheated to the point the engine hydro locked and broke a rod. We offered to replace the engine with a new engine or if she wanted to buy a used engine we would install it. She chose the used engine which she purchased. After the vehicle was done it was picked it up and a week later you reported there were two moments which the vehicle would not idle properly. We inspected the vehicle numerous times unable to duplicate the symptom. We have gone to great lengths to resolve your concerns however the symptom will not duplicate for us. Again we are sorry for your frustration. The Ron's Cascade Team

Rip Off!!

Got charged $121 to install springs on brake pads that are not even needed. Mom came in Instead of me so they took advantage of a woman not knowing anything about cars.

Won't return

"Fixed" my car costing approx $500. Car kept having the same issue (which still required a tow). Towed back. Told me they had fixed the wrong problem. This time approx $900. Asked them if they would waive the first $500. They wouldn't. Said I had signed authorizing the first repair. I trusted them. This was a few years ago. Never been back. Any business that treats a customer in this manner doesn't deserve my business. I tell all my friends and acquaintances about this.

Great service, Good value

The check engine light came on in my car and I took it to Ron's in Fisher's Landing on a recommendation from a co-worker. The shop was very professional and service oriented. The diagnosis my car needed was well explained before I authorized it, and as it turned out, the repair was able to be done during the diagnostics at no additional charge. I was especially pleased because if I had listened to my local part's store, I would have replaced a perfectly good sensor, when all that was really needed was a small repair on some wiring. Ron's also took the time to update me on some basic maintenance needs, which I appreciated. -I'll be returning

Looks like new

Great Service‎‎ My first time using Ron's Auto Body department. My car looks like new again. I dropped it off on Monday and it was completed by noon on Wednesday. Strongly recommend this body shop!‎

Great repair and Customer Service

I had a great experience with Ron's Automotive yesterday! I was able to drop my car off at 7:30am before work, Ron's courtesy driver drove me to Camas to get another car and I was back to work by 8:30am! The repair was diagnosed within a couple hours with a courtesy phone call and it was completed by 3! I was able to get there by 5:30 after work as well so it didn't disturb my work day! I will highly recommend Ron's Automotive to all my friends, clients and colleagues!

These people where very freindly from the onset, will give you a ride home and everything. then your stuck. I did this on a Friday, what was only going to be an hour or so to tell what was wrong was the whole day. then was told can't get the part tell Monday. Monday comes as afternoon arrives I get a call that there is yet another issue, I'll have it fixed and ready for you in the morning I'm told. They do....2 days later return the car same issue all over again. we keep telling them there is a belt issue, no not a belt where told. car comes back on the next Friday I leave drive 14 miles guess what the "Timeing belt" breake in rush hour traffic stuck in the middle of the road for an hour and a half awaiting a tow. we call these folks. not the issue we can't help you, we did, nothing wrong. again $900 gone and not a thing the fixed needed to be fixed. BEWARE!! Wouldn't use these folks if they where the last shop in 12 counties.

Great customer service, well-done repair, & reasonable price

I'm so happy to find the great auto body shop near my place. James at Cascade park is very responsible and gave me a couple of choices how I could repair my car. I definitely use Ron's Automotive again due to the fabulous customer service, well-done repair, and reasonable price!

Excellent Service! They know what they are talking about!

The service advisors were very friendly and helpful! The mechanic who worked on my air conditioner was great and was VERY knowledgeable! They were so very polite and kept track of my cars service history to alert me when service items and replacements were needed!

Excellent Customer Service

I've been going to Ron's for over a decade now. I was first hooked by their excellent customer service. They built my trust shortly after by fixing small issues free of charge and being up front with me on costs and keeping me up to date on preventative maintenance. They look over your car every visit and let you know any issues that may arise. The cost is comparative and their reputation is stellar.The only thing I wish were different was to be open on the weekends but they are a family business and I respect them for giving their employees weekends off to be with their families.Thanks Ron for opporating such a great establishment!
