I continue to go back, even though the service isn't that great. It often takes a long time to see anyone, so I'm surprised the other reviewer felt rushed. I would guess you're more likely to eel abandoned. I think that the food is exceptionally good and plentiful. They offer Mexican Tabouli, which is 1. good, and 2. rare. I've never seen it before - and I get around.

Tiny restaurant, only seating 22 or 24, locally owned, owner even works there. Simple, healthy mexican fare with low prices for a downtown locale. I had a chicken tostado salad for lunch. I found it tasty, although a bit overpriced, considering it was primarily iceberg lettuce and a few bits of chicken and beans. Their red hot sauce was not labeled as VOLCANO and I inadvertently ate some, thinking it mild. It upset my stomach for a couple of days. Their green sauce is tasty. When I talked to the owner, she didn't seem concerned that I was rushed, the restaurant over-crowded or that I was sandwiched next to complete strangers on what amounted to a picnic bench. I was never checked back with to see if the meal was alright, or if I needed/wanted anything. Overhead lighting was dim. I felt rushed, cramped, and my glass was taken before I was finished. Although I was no where near ready to leave, I felt I was forced to. They seem more about making $ rather than people.
