In October of 2014 I bought 4 arborvitae to replace 4 damaged by large falling tree branches. I was pleased and appreciative that Mike delivered and planted them for me, but by the next summer they all were dying. I thought perhaps I had not watered them enough. So I bought 4 more in November of 2015 and Mike again delivered and planted them. By the summer of 2016 the newer plantings were dying even though I watered them regularly. In removing the dying trees we saw that they were still wrapped in burlap, no roots had grown through and the root balls were as solid as cement. Mike says that's the way he has always planted arborvitae, even though many sources specify unwrapping the burlap before planting. I have requested a refund on the 2015 planting and have received no response. In reading other reviews of NW Nursery Outlet I see that another customer had the same experience and that no warranty is offered. Sad.
