My opinion is that this agent is a DEADBEAT: Cancelled my renters policy after being claim free for many years. I was told that the small $5,000 claim would not adversely impact my insurance but it did anyway. Then I was told by John Jackson they never said that, how would he know?



I requested that the agent call me, he never did, I had to call him. Then he got me confused with someone else and starting talking about some divorce, note, I have been single for 20 years.
