BAD ,Wow, horribly run office for sure BEWARE! Today the day before my scheduled procedure, that was planned for many weeks now and one reschedule, I get a shocking call from the office. This is after going through the diet and other requirements this week and COVID test, taking time off work. I get a phone message from them today saying, hello we just wanted to let you know, you need to pay your 5k deducible tomorrow before the procedure. Our office is closed today you can cancel in the morning if needed. Truly stunning, I have no 5k deductible for in-network care which you are in-network for me. Also I already met the true 4k deductible months ago. You would think this information would have been discussed or even presented before I got the instructions to prepare for tomorrow and especially not a phone message the day before the procedure. CRAZY .

I was referred to this Pacific GI by my GP but after a couple of weeks of not having my calls returned and Constantly being told the Dr isn't in and that they are so overloaded I finally decided that my quality of life deserved better than this. I found great reviews for Dr Sim and went there to advanced GI. I finally feel like I have someone in the health care Industry on my side. Pacific GI had me stressed out along with being sick. now I can just worry about getting better with Dr Sim and his MA Kate. they are so Caring and are quick and efficient. I've had several tests done and they have called me back by the end of each day. no wait and no stress. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting a month at Pacific GI. I refer EVERYONE I know to Dr Sim.

I highly encourage individuals from the Vancouver WA and outlining areas to support this local Gastroenterology clinic. I currently work in the Gastroenterolgy field and have done so for 17 years. This clinic offers and delivers top notch care. I had the most pleasant experience for my follow up Colonoscopy. As long as I live in this area there is no question as to where I will obtain GI related care.
