Today would've been my second time dealing with this company. The first time, i dealt with a guy named Ryan who had excellent customer service - which is what drew me back to them. This time i dealt with someone different who was not attentive and very rude. She said they had no cars today and did not care to help us get in touch with the birmingham stores so we would be able to rent one from there. Hertz won't get anymore of money.
