I was trying to contact someone about a dress on the website and it wouldn't send. Now I will have to wait til tomorrow to call. Hopefully this will be fixed

I think that if Beauty Mark is going to have a website the company should put the hours of operation. The company should also add their variety of products along with prices and make it so that people could buy online. I do like the service I get in the store but it's time to update.

The place is a mess when you first walk, everything is very cheap,but for the reason that it's not very well made or durable, service can be ok but there are just some people that can be plain rude (wig section). I would only recommend this place for their small products do don't go there unless its necessary.

I went to this salon to get my hair colored blonde. The stylist bleached my hair only in the front and now I can't get a relaxer! I now have to get my hair cut all off!

I was gave the run around when it came time for my dresses to come in for my wedding. No one told me that they did not place the order when I requested and the dresses had to be completely made and ship here from CHINA. The manager however, has been great, but the ladies in the back could not give me an answer till I was getting fustrated. It was poorly handle on there part and I WOULD NOT recommand this store for wedding attair. They did not measure my maid of honor and her dress is tight around the hips big time, after trying on the medium and not measuring her they suggested a large. Well HELLO the large is still tight around her hips. Why were her mearsurements not taken? I have had more trouble then it's worth with the dress department. The manager on the other hand was great, but I feel as a Bride you have enough things to worry, why beat around the bush. Just say we messed and fix it.The other girls did get their alterations free, but not the maid of honor. So that is why I am writing for future brides, unless they have the dresses you want in the store, I would look else where I wish I did
