Made weekend reservations 9 days in advance- NON Smoking, ground floor room. (Recent surgery )
Called at 7:45 pm to say we would be late & please hold the room. "No problem."
"Only room available" was 2nd floor SMOKING when we got there. No other option.
After climbing the stairs, 2 minutes in the room set my asthma off.
So at 1 am on a Friday night we had to find another place to spend the rest of the weekend.
We have stayed here before while traveling with no problems. Won't make that mistake again!!!
My husband and I were traveling home and decided to stay the night in Tulsa and we found this Super 8. We received a wonderful reception at the front desk, The on duty desk clerk, Sarah was extremely helpful and went beyond the extra call of duty. In the morning we complemented Michelle, the manager, on behalf of sarah's professional service. Overall this hotel was extremely clean and professionally managed, We were very satisfied with out stay and would surely recommend this hotel to other travelers. compliments to the managements, sincerely 2 satisfied customers that definitely will return. keep up the good job, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Mednik
