Terrible company. Paid $120 to clean the carpets my small apartment. They sent A BOY, couldn't have been older than a teen to do the job. He went over the carpet once with a steam and something that smelled a lot like pinesol, then left. It was just a terribly done job.

My daughter and I left all the windows open for 8 hours and the overpowering smell of pinesol started affecting our lungs. It was hard to breath, so we avoided the room for a week. Idk who else I can go to to complain but I'm pretty sure they're not a certified company. The way my living roomwas handled was defintely a health hazard. I will not be using their services, and I suggest you do the same.

I called the company and a woman said she'd speak with the manager and follow up with me. I have yet to hear from her.

All I needed was the removal of pet stains and the smell but they still remain. It didn't help even a little.

I have been working with Venturi for 2 years now I am a property manager for 7 complexes. At first I used them with only one property since we had long term vendors for the others. I have had my on-site managers start useing them because they do such a great job. They are friendly, flexable and above all they do a amazing job everytime. Sometimes the carpet seems unsavable and they come in and make it look as good as new. I have been very pleased with them and I see them as a up and comming small business.
