My name is Pearl I reside in Tempe; and I've had University Termite & Pest Control for previous Termite issues a year ago, no issues. All problems were taken care of, now I have new issues with rodents of some kind. I called and was told they could be out tomorrow; I was kinda bummed. BUT no more than an hour later I received a call from one of their technician "Brad" He told me that he was quite a bit away but would come by same day JUST to take care of my issues and see what was going on. Brad was very professional and efficient with his work and showing us that he would take care of the rodent issues. He based a plan around what we had going on and not just an every day same old treatment. He took his time with checking to make sure there were no entry points and then proceeded to trap and bait. I'm very happy with my service professional Brad and enjoyed his knowledge on our issues. Thanks University Termite & Pest Control and Brad for Being professional and timely.
