Unfortunately I cannot give this business a zero stars rating:

Several washers didn't work. One woman there while I was there asked for a refund but the owner or person manning the laundry was defensive and belligerent about it. He even tried to intimidate her by moving towards her when she asked him to move away. When this behavior was explained to the Tucson police officer, the woman was told that there was nothing criminal to charge him with. But in any case, his behavior was terrible and I won't go there again. (I didn't get a refund either.)
