Very unhappy customer! My highlights were yellow and orange, they were 1/2 inches from the scalp in some spots, I had 2 large color bleeds on the back of my hair, the back was not highlighted correctly which left it dark, the color did not process in some spots resulting in the orange color, the highlights were inconsistant in size and very sloppy. I called to schedule an appointment to have it fixed and was given the next day. After making arrangementa to have my children cared for (costing me money) the receptionist did not tell my stylist I needed a correction, so I was not given the right amount of time. To add insult to injury my stylist had the nerve to tell me it looked great, and she did not know what to do. As a paying customer I expect quality hair color and respect, none of which I was given! Beware, even if your color is bad they will insist it is good. To add insult to injury my stylist said I must complain all the time. I do complain, especially when it comes to bad hair color. I left with my money in tears. I will certainly be sharing my story!!!
