I brought a special needs student I work with there on a Monday night to bowl. Tom was wonderful to work with! He was very patient and kind and even stopped by to check on us to make sure everythng was going well. My student and I had a great time and will definately be back!

I will never go to this place again. Four of us went Saturday night, each paying $11 for unlimited games. Every other frame our bowling balls got stuck and wouldn't return back to us. We had to keep going to the counter to have an employee go fix it. His solution was to give us a towel and told us to clean the balls before we bowl it. (this also happened to the lane next to us who ended up just leaving) It took two hours to finish 2 games. I finally asked to speak to a manager to get some kind of compensation. He gave us a $10 gift card and wrote an expired date from last year on it. I complained again about the date and that $10 doesn't even provide one person with one complimentary game. He told me it was the best he could do. Concidering the amount of bowling alleys surrounding Troy there is no reason to return to this awful place.

We had a party at Uncle Sam Lanes last weekend. It was a great experience. It was recommended to me by a mom in my sons class, he bowls on Saturday there. I had never even stepped foot in the building but we will definately be going back. All the kids had a great time and the staff was awesome. Overall a great time with the kids. I would definately recommend going there.
