Time for the facts (4/10/2019): So when we moved to Trinidad in February 2016 to create our first business and new home, we found that the commercial inspection conducted on our property prior to purchase missed that we had major problems with our boiler system and chimney stack. We called ACS to assess the project and provide a bid. They did come out (Cisco), and provided an estimate that was extremely high, and it was not itemized. When we questioned the quote and asked for itemizations, they began different bullying tactics and threatened to turn us in to the state boiler inspector if we did not hire them for work.

We then spoke with Fernandez Plumbing, and also asked for an assessment and quote. They provided an estimate that was 4 times lower than the ACS estimate, and it was itemized. We were happy with the communication, and with the team, and we hired them to fix the problem.

Meanwhile, ACS did submit a complaint about our business to the state boiler inspector. The inspector came out to our property from Denver, inspected the work done by Fernandez Plumbing, and he certified us as safe. He has come out since, and we are still properly certified with our boiler system and chimney stack.

ACS owner David Fabec’s wife Emmy admitted David (& his cronies) write false reviews on several platforms (evidence available on all points).

David Fabec’s statements are untrue and aimed at hurting and slandering our small business. It is illegal defamation and litigation is underway. Please avoid ACS at all costs as they are unprofessional, dishonest and use unethical practices to gain business. Use honest and legitimate businesses such as Fernandez Plumbing in Trinidad.
