I recently took my dog in for a shampoo and cut. I received a call that my dog was ready and drove over to pick her up. When I got there my dog was not ready because the groomer had cut her tail to where it was bleeding and they could not get it to stop. The groomer explained to me at least twice how it was my dogs fault that her tail had been cut. Not surprisingly the groomer couldn't even say sorry.

Let the Fur Fly is actually located on Reynolds Road, not Hol-Syl. It is a good groomers. They don't always cut his hair perfectly, but it is priced well, cutting can be viewed from the register, and my dog has never come back where I thought he was neglected in anyway. If you live in this area, this is a good place to take your dog to get clipped.
