Wish I had read the previous review prior to boarding my dogs here.  We are now In day 3 of recovery after a 3 hour vet visit.  

Shockingly the owner had no concern for what happened to my dogs during a 5 day stay.  He kept telling me that he could not understand how my dogs staying at his establishment was connected to their open wounds and pressure sores.  During checkout he only mentioned that they had scraping on the elbow pads for laying on the concrete.  When I told him from the moment they walked in my house that their paw pads were cracked and bleeding everywhere, he stated that they had not noticed that.  I was incredulous and said how could you not notice they had diarrhea and were bleeding all over the place.  He said that when they played with them and walked they didn't see anything.  He went on to say how could we expect him to closely monitor our big dogs. Yet his site says they offer individual attention?  

Our dogs never ate and lost well over 5 lbs.  When we called from our trip, we were told that they weren't eating.  In the past with our last dog, the owner would use canned food to get our dogs eating.  We sent in moist and meaty and milkbones to get them to eat.  Our milkbone treat box came back unopened.  The owner said we used our snacks.  He told me that I should have directed his son to feed my dogs the canned food?  Implying it was my fault--I agree that I should have never let my dogs stay at Canine Villa.

Our vet diagnosed one dog with cellulitis and placed both on antibiotics...

A true nightmare!

I took a look at this place and I have to admit I was very impressed. It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. Its obvious these people really care about the animals in their care. I think my English Bulldog has found a new home away from home!

My friendly sandy blond american pit bull loves to roll in dirt and get as dusty and stinky as possible. Canine never discriminates even though Akilah smells like a trash can. They always give her back smelling like roses. Thank you for a job well​ done.

Thanks so much for making my two female Parson Russell Terrier's first professional grooming experience so fantastic. They were happy, smelled fantastic with their nails filed and cute bows in their hair. I will always come here.

the staff there is wonderful, you can see their love for the animals, and the pets can sense it too. my dof, cat, ferrets have all been there and I wouldnt take them any place else
