All of the ladies who have done my laser hair removal have been great. It definitely is NOT a pain free process but they move at a pace that is comfortable for me and they constantly check in to make sure I am comfortable.

Initially, they were overwhelmed booking appointments, but once I got on the books, every appointment after that was easily booked. Each time I went, my appointment was on time, little to no waiting. The staff was friendly and professional.

I'm giving Emerge the coveted 5 star rating for the simple fact that I have not found a single problem with anything. That is a true feat in and of itself. I have zero complaints thus far with the Spa!

This mall is set up as a Village with streets and storefronts. It is very popular. Many times###it is difficult to park there.
