The worst physicians office we've ever encountered, without exception. Dr. Lobue is obviously far more concerned about the high-ticket cosmetic laser surgeries he performs than patients that have true eye or vision needs. As a result he's rarely if ever in his own office, but rather pawns his non-laser patients off on other doctors. His office is literally a revolving door of physicians (that is a fact that even some of his own "revolving door" physicians admit to). My wife saw 3 different doctors in pre-operative consultations prior to having a relatviely routine surgical procedure performed on one of her eyes. It seems that having at least 4 pre-op appointments is necessary with this office (presumably so that the office can collect it's requisite co-pay each time from the patient). On more than one occasion the physician asked my wife why she was there, and she responded because she was told she had to return for another appointment! Don't even get me started on the quality and competence of the office staff. Oh and by the way, don't plan on seeing "any" doctor even remotely close to your scheduled appointment time. Leave at least 2 extra hours for sitting in the office or in another waiting room reading magazines while you wait for the doctor in the next room to finish chattering about his personal life with the nurses. He'll get to you when he's darned good and ready! Horrible office, horrible experience. There's lots of better eye doctors to choose from!!!!!!
