Supervisor got no bage with name and refuse to share her name with customers who want's complain about her additude and unprofessional job. She performers very agressive and ubsolutely unpleasant communication with customers. She need to find other job !!!!

There are now transients sleeping in the Post Office. You have to be kidding me! I called the police and basically got an attitude. What is this area coming to!

I moved to Tarzana 4 years ago. Love the city but not the local Tarzana post office. There is one employee named Thung that is creepy and rude. She lacks the skill to communicate with people. Every time I have shipped a package Thung jacks up the price, can't seem to understand the sentence...." I only want the cheapest rate to ship." Thung you are lucky you have a job. And, try to respect other people. Being pleasant WILL NOT KILL YOU.
