Pat "Ziggy" Zicarelli is one of the most experienced Real Estate Brokers in Southern California. A veteran of the real estate business since 1976, his production levels are consistently in the top five percent nationwide.In 1983 Ziggy opened Style Realty & Investments Company, Inc, a highly regarded personal service real estate firm. In 1995 he served as President of the San Fernando Valley Association of Realtors and in 1996, he received the Association's coveted "Realtor of the Year" award for his outstanding service to the real estate profession and the community. He has served two terms as President of the Tarzana Chamber of Commerce, in addition to being appointed to represent the California Small Business Comission. Ziggy stays on the cutting edge of both the state and local real estate markets through his current service on the Board of Directors of both the California and the National Association of Realtors. With a BA degree from the University of Mississippi, Ziggy has furthered his education with specialized and advanced studies in selling, marketing, negotiating skills, real estate law, appraisals, investments, taxes and more. He holds the respected CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist, held by only 3% of Realtors nationwide ) and GRI ( Graduate Realtors Institute ) professional designations. When time allows, he teaches advanced real estate classes for the Southland Regional Association of Realtors.
