I am a repeat customer. Last year I had a severe problem with one of my computers. Finding Udi and ICS turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. He cured the problem and improved the performance of the computer.

Last week I ran into another severe problem with Windows 7 Pro. This time I wasted no time and called Udi right away. Long story short it was a serious technical problem that required complete new installation including some hardware work. Even though it turned out to be more complicated and require more time than originally estimated Udi insisted on holding to his original quote which was far below what I should have paid for all the time and effort expended. The computer is working great. I now have a clean new installation of Windows 10 and Office 2016. I could not be more pleased. The personal attention and ultra competent service is like none I have ever experienced elsewhere. Udi and his team know what to do and get it done. I would not consider any other service company for my computers. No, Udi is not my Uncle....but I wish he was. LOL. I am just a very, very satisfied customer. Thanks Udi.

I highly recommend Udi at ICS for all computer issues. He and his team set up my new laptop from my desktop and did an outstanding job. Besides transferring a huge amount of data flawlessly, he also set up preferences, etc., which made the transition to my new laptop easy. well i have bean going to ics for years they always took care of me in a very frendly and frofeional way they know there stuff even now when i moved away i still use them they install an app on my pc and they can conect my machine ( with my permition ) and work on it its amazing i will not look for someone new its like family after so many years .
