I accidentally lost the keys to my bedroom and I called American Lock & Key and their technician was able to come by in about 15 minutes. He was very nice and was able to unlock and replace the knobs very quickly. It was a great and easy experience and I highly recommend!

American Lock n Key team did a fantastic job installing a keyless lock. They went extra mile to make sure the key hole is flatten and drilled to enlarge a hole on the door. The overall work was bit involved, did a nice job!

Neighborhood Locksmith Store was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend Neighborhood Locksmith Store and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services.

I've used Neighborhood Locksmith Store twice now. Once to add a deadbolt to my front door and then yesterday to add a lock in a closet door. Both times he quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it on site. No extra charges or attempts to add things. Both times there were issues with the instal (very old building) but he stuck to his quote and was quick, tidy and friendly. It seems like the city is filled with swindlers in the locksmith dept. Neighborhood Locksmith Store is for sure the exception. It's not cheap but i prefer to have an honest price up front than a lowball estimate that ends up much more because it was just a ploy to show up and add charges. You feel good about spending money with Neighborhood Locksmith Store , they do a great job fast and efficiently.
