Terrible customer service. I ordered an arrangement for my mother and what I requested and paid for was not delivered. Instead a cheaper arrangement without any of the flowers I requested was delivered at the same cost. When I contacted the owner she explained to me that the salesperson did not follow protocol. I asked for a refund and the owner refused and hung up the phone.

When you loose someone special, the hardest thing is to plan for the funeral. Eva and her staff took such good care of me and my family. they were so understanding
