I loved my experience at Avalyn's Paw Spa. My cat's hair cut was great. The best part was, they didn't drug her to perform the service. So often groomers do this because it's easier for them to groom. My cat gets so sick whenever groomers do this. It takes days for her to recover. Avalyn's didn't use any drugs and her hair-cut was great! Only thing I would do next time is be really specific on how I want the cut to look. I was specific on the mane and tail but not the legs. Her little lion-cut looked perfect except for the legs which was my fault for not being specific. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely go back to Avalyn's Paw Spa. Very helpful and great customer service. My cat was happy too!

I feel sick after picking up my dog. He was traumatized, still shaking 2 days later, he yelps when I touch his chin.. Had him shaved & there are cuts & spots where he was shaved too close. When I left she told me to watch for infection! I observed her handling the dogs very rough, never calling them, but pulling hard on the leash.Asked her not to bathe or blow dry him, she said that it was part of the package & couldn't do that. Other places in town have a long wait, do yourself a favor & just wait. I am absolutely sick about bringing him there.

Please, please, please. . .think twice before you take your dog here! This was the first time I have used this groomer. When I came to pick up my dog she was so very. . no extremely. . . upset. I have no idea what happened during the time I was gone - but clearly something did. My dog has been groomed every other month since she was a puppy - never a bad experience til now. My advise. . consider another groomer!!
