I would highly advise against this salon. Terrible work and customer service. I came in to get ombre done to my hair and my stylist (Gabriella I think) did an awful job- the worst I've ever seen. It came out extremely uneven, blotchy and spotty- literally spots of blonde dye in my hair. It looked like she had never dyed hair before in her life. Not only did the owner and stylist not want to offer me a full refund, but neither apologized for ruining my hair. They talk up on their website about how great their customer service is but in reality, all they want is your money and they will charge you an arm and a leg while destroying your hair in the process.

I've never had less than stellar service when visiting Paris. I've always been treated with the utmost respect and been taken care of as if I were the only customer there. Their attention to detail keeps me coming back. Thankyou to all the stylists and specialists that have taken their time to assure me of a most pleasureable experience.

I had to go back to this salon twice because the hair color was soooooo BAD. The second time wasn't any better. Service is definately OVER RATED!!!!!!! I do not recommend this salon for any service. I had a massage which was over priced but ok!?!?
