He got his start in the field academically when he began his residency in anesthesiology at the State University of New York before continuing his career in Florida. I have visited Dr Leal for many years and for health insurance reasons only I have been forced to seek help at times with other pain specialists (or I would have ONLY stayed with him) Dr Leal's years of confident knowledge, his caring, compassionate nature, his willingness to listen and give his best advice and even help by referring patients to other doctors for more help, his honorable and admirable decision to treat "medicaid" patients (and most importantly to give each patient the same non preferential treatment and respect) even though the whole process of Medicaid can be a hassle for any doctor. As far as I am concerned Dr.Jorge Leal is an Angel on this earth using his gift to heal those suffering in pain I am abundantly grateful to have been blessed with him as my doctor and NO OTHER DOCTOR COMPARES WITH DR. JORGE LEAL!!
