If I could give no stars I would. First off, it is badly in disrepair and insulation. There is a possibility of mold.Work that has been done are poor attempts at patching up things. I would never recommend this place to anyone.There are free programs available to the owner to get the place upgraded and insulated properly.I can't understand how so many old people can stand to live like that. It is a mess.
