My company used CBM for snow removal, which was a horrible experience. The company did not honor the contract. Parking lot was never plowed by the agreed timeframe, which caused chaos for my employees. Some days, they did not show up, using the same excuse that they were shorthand with trucks due to repairs. The gentleman that was in charge of the field operations is totally incompetent, he does not know how to address situations in a professional matter, nor did he try and rectify it. Sales rep will agree to all your demands, and then once the contract is signed, the company could care less. Save yourself the troubles and avoid this company.
