we went th xot in the sawgrass for shoes my doughter wasnt with us at the time.so i decided to buy her the shoes she liked.we asked the salesmen if we can return them and he said yes. so we returned them because they didnt fit.as the salesmen said but he lied to me and wasnt giving my money back so we are stuck with the shoes .they didnt have the size she needed and wasnt sure if it was going to come in.he gave us 14 day for exchange.so we are stuck with the shoes.the salemen seems to be a lier and the store manager was very very nasty i will never shop in xot sawgrass again

i could imagine how many people they have ripped off buy having poor comunication

This company has done everything possible to try to get us to loose our warranty. The diamond fell out 3 months after buying the ring and we have had nothing but attitude and apathy from the location where we bought it and even the company headquarters! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
