Great during the sale but horrible for service after delivery. They never took care of the damage on the pieces they delivered and the stove has been leaking propane for nearly a year. They came out twice to fix it but we still smell propane. Could have gotten these appliances cheaper but I hoped that a smaller dealer would provide better service.

for sales they were very nice and helpful but when I called to set up an appointment for someone to come out and look at my Viking refrig they gave me another companys name and number appliance plus the lady there was also nice but the service man horrible rude everything was about money and I did not find him trustworthy..so I blame strouds for the horrible treatment I got cause they said he was there servisor..

This is a great place to go for high-end kitchen appliances. If you're looking for basic kitchen appliances, we found Sears has the best prices but if you're going all out on your kitchen, we highly recommend Stroud TV. Their prices were competitive and the service was top-notch. We were able to get professional-grade appliances that we couldn't get anywhere else locally. Everything was delivered in good shape and on time - a very pleasant experience!

The service is personal at this store. The prices are competitive with Sears, Lowes, and Home Depot with no hidden charges for installation, delivery, or removal of the old appliance. If they don't have what you're looking for on display, they will order it for you.Delivery to me has always been on time.Over the years I have purchased two air conditioners, a refrigerator and a washing machine, and I'm happy with all of them.One of the air conditioners did not fit my window (my fault) and they cheerfully picked it up when delivering the correct size. They also installed one the a/c's in a wall that had no opening, and did a very clean job in cutting the wall open and finishing the trim around the unit.
