Cannot say enough about the efficiency and professionalism displayed by Mr Horan and his crew (Ed and Curt). They did the job when they said they would, finished ahead of schedule and left the place cleaner than they found it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Contractor said it was going to take 1 week to finish the job, but ended up taking 2 weeks. When the job was finished, we noticed the water tank was leaking and it was brand new, so that needed to be replaced immedately. For the first few weeks after the equipment was installed, there was an error message on the boiler and the contractor was unable to fix it. After many attempts, the error message went away. A year later the error message came back. I contacted the contractor but he was too busy and asked me to contact the manufacturer for another contractor to take a look at it. He will only come over if I can't find anyone else to come over because his 1 year warranty have expired. I was unable to find have anyone come over, so we took a stab at reading the manual and trying to fix it ourselves. Turns out it was because the sensor for temperature reading was loose and it was being held together by duck tape. Over time, the steam from the boiler have erroded the duck tape making it

I had a bad experience, after we install a 15k system top off the line. They install a 1950's thermostat, I wish I was able to show some pictures, my floor is fill with holes and the job is poor in final details.
