Thank you Toni Salazar for your ability to listen to our needs while at the same time incorporating your talents and creativity to help us decorate our new home! Your ideas and plans are terrific and you helped us explore possibilities for design as well as identifying great products to furnish our home. The furniture and accessories that you suggested us, which we purchased, are great quality; the colors are beautiful, and we are still enjoying looking at them, as if with new eyes! We also appreciate your willingness to come to our home to understand the layout and always being available for follow up. Clone Sandy Whittaker! I can't speak highly enough regarding Sandy Whittaker, a design consultant with Belfort Furniture. She has gone way above and beyond a normal sales person for us. She knows her products at Belfort and is willing to help teach and guide us in making our house a home through interior design. She listens to us and works with our taste and in no way makes me feel ignorant (which I fully admit I am) with pulling it together. Belfort has very good quality of furniture, but Sandy Whittaker is what will keep me going back to Belfort as our house becomes our home. Kellye L.
Unlike the previous reviewer's experience, our experience was perfect. The bed we wanted was in stock and shipped the same week we ordered it. The delivery staff were 15 minutes later than the 3 hour window they gave us, but they were friendly, careful, and efficient. The bed arrived in perfect condition. They put it together in about 10 minutes (!!!!!). We have more furniture coming at the end of the month. They have set a high standard for themselves this time around; I will post another review after those pieces arrive. As for the sales staff, we worked with Marc R, who was knowledgeable and friendly -- did not push us one way or the other but was forthcoming with answers when asked (not wishy washy or noncommital like some). He talked straight and seemed very trustworthy. Finally, we had been looking at another bedroom suite elsewhere - the prices here were markedly lower for that particular set. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend.
It took over two months and several phone calls to resolve a repairs. The part always 'just arrived' but then did not show up. Then they delivered the wrong parts. Customer service made many many 'promises' that were complete lies. After stating that I would come to the store and make a "public display" of the poor service, then action was taken. Lets say, after they have your money, Belfort Furniture does not care. They have nice furniture BUT can NOT follow through.
