After a record snowfall, we discovered in the middle of the night that our heating system wasn't working. I tried calling a couple of big-name companies, and left messages since nobody picked up. When I called Air-Castle my call was answered right away, and an appointment was made for just a few hours later even though road conditions were pretty bad. Mr. Shifflett came on time and promptly fixed the heater to our great relief. Thank you.

My a/c drainage tube was stopped up and was leaking water. We had put in a request for a different company to come out that day and they bailed on us We had called about 20 different companies in the area and denied us right before the hottest weekend of the year. We called Air Castle and spoke to the owner was so nice and agreed to come out an hour and half after we spoke to him. He did the job quick and well and we were able to relax that night with a/c -I highly recommend him for all your a/c and heating needs. Very professional and an all around great guy!!
