We had Kitchens 4 Less come do our home in LI. Larry was great to deal with, his personal customer service was amazing.



Our bathroom and kitchen came out as expected.

After choosing the cabinets that I wanted and having a Larry from Kitchens 4 Less take measurements at my home, he failed to provide me the cost as promised the following day for the renovation. Upon contacting Larry, he stated that he wanted to send an associate named John to my home regarding two walls which were going to be cut for pass throughs to see that no wires or or vents were in the walls as he was going to preform this part of the renovation. Upon John checking the walls, he stated that there was obstructions and that Larry would contact me regarding the cost. I still have yet to hear back from this business. This job was not a small one. If I have to pursue them to do this job can you imagine if I had a problem with the cabinets or the installation.

You get what you pay for...a kitchen for less and looks it. They told me 1 week to get it done, it took 4 weeks. Their worker would just show up anytime and not let me know and most of the days I was at work. and they had to come back. I am not happy with the cheap cabinets that have broken , the cheap looking and thin granite, the total workmanship. I am eventually going to have to get a new kitchen and will do my research and get a reputable company. Don't bother with this one, save your money and get a professional
