Since 1868, The Stamford Family YMCA has been providing a variety of youth development programs. Located in Stamford, Conn., the organization also offers several health-living programs, including fitness classes, personal training, adult team sports and group fitness classes. Additionally, it features sporting amenities for basket ball, soccer and karate. In addition to offering individual personal training programs, The Stamford Family YMCA organizes youth development summer camps and swim lessons classes. It has partnerships with Stamford Board of Education, Stamford Hospital and Waterside School.
