I recently purchased a chair and ottoman with a five year protection plan. After accepting delivery, we noticed a slight tear in the fabric of the chair near the base, upon further inspection, we noticed that the wooden frame inside was shattered. We called, they came out and told use there was nothing they could do.Don't buy their furniture and don't buy their "protection plan".
