EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE

I ordered several year end awards for our school volunteers. When ready, all gifts came engraved with only first name. Out of 16 gifts, I asked if 2 of them could include the last name as they are teachers and he shouted back "I don't care if they are GOD, it should only be the first name". When I explained that I had discussed this with our committee and we all felt that these 2 teachers should have their full name engraved, his reply was "I don't care who you spoke to" and then grabbed boxes from my hand and said "I will include their last name and I hope they come out this big" (signaling with his fingers a tiny size). He literally showed me the door of the shop with his finger. I have never been treated like this before by anyone and as a customer, would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. I'd rather drive to Norwalk to have the job done. If you are considering to use their service, DON'T.
