      Had a dress-up and makeover themed birthday there for our daughter. In concept- a fun great idea. However, we had a very negative experience. The manager was not helpful, was unfriendly, and mind you, acted like she was bothered by the whole ordeal. Very unfriendly. And we are not high maintenance people- at all- we just wanted a positive atmosphere for our daughters birthday. The manager and her staff clearly did not want to be doing birthday parties, and it showed. Additionally, she was standing there waiting for us to finish 30 minutes before our booked 2 hours was over, and had her staff start cleaning up 30 minutes prior as well. Rude and highly unfortunate. Our guests caught on to the staff attitude, and felt rushed to pack up and get their kids out of there. I would not recommend this as a party event.

      I am so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our salon. I can assure you that your experience is not a common one at our birthday parties. I apologize if you felt our staff was rude or you felt rushed. That was most certainly not our intention.       We took our son here for his 1st haircut and it was a good experience all the way around. Thank You for the fun and memory.
