The night my husband and I went to PF Changs for dinner, it was somewhat busy. We didn't think we had waited too long for our food, we were just chatting and enjoying our drinks. Our waitress, however, who was very attentive and helpful, was concerned that we had waited too long. She notified the manager who came to our table to apologize, discounted our meal and gave us a free appetizer and gift card for next time. The meal was fabulous and so was the treatment. PF Changs showed us they appreciate their customers and made sure that we would be back.
