Joe Miller yells, screams and threatens women, doesn't complete the job he's been paid to do and will take months to get to your job to begin with. He has been evasive from the get go and refuses to give complete details so I don't know what to believe and what not to believe. I have never been treated to badly by a contractor in my life. If I could give no stars I would have!
